If you're like me, you want to have a beautiful nursery/toddler room, including artwork on the walls, but can't find any that's cheap enough to suit you. If so, then the thought of making it yourself has also crossed your mind. I found a great video today on how to stretch canvas across a frame that I thought would be perfect for doing with pretty fabric as well. Go here to see the great how to video! Another option is to buy a "used" canvas from a thrift store and stretching fabric across that (if getting it stretched correctly seems intimidating to you). Either way would save you some money and still get you that beautiful room! And of course you could do this for any room in your house depending on the fabric used!
Let me know how it turns out if you try this project (either variation). It's on my long list of things to do, but I will let you know how it goes for me too, whenever I finally get to doing it!
