I have been making smoothies a lot more lately since I wrote that post on them. My kids and hubby love them!! Only problem is I'm out of bananas and we've been snowed/iced in the last few days so I haven't been able to get more. So I've adapted the recipe as follows:
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 2 cups frozen fruit
It is still very thick because of all of the frozen yogurt, although it definitely makes more then the other recipe! I'd say this recipe is for two servings. It is so delicious though!!
