Cooking Tip: Biscuits & Bread Sticks

Last night I was making biscuits for my husband to take to work today. I rolled out the dough and cut the first batch of biscuits. But as you may or may not know, you aren't supposed to re-roll out the dough to cut more. So what are you supposed to do with the rest of that yummy dough? My choice: to make bread sticks.

I just used a pizza wheel to cut the rest of the dough into strips (after re-rolling it out). I then twisted them and rolled them in Parmesan cheese. I cooked them the same temperature as the biscuits, just for a minute less then the minimum time. Yummy!
